What We Did

2010 is going to be the year of the big bike ride with a possible 3 day London to Newcastle company ride and the 5th anniversary clowns ride. Banners fancied cracking off the Hadrian's in a day, but was talked around to the Coast to Coast by Graeme D who had supported him on his epic 2007 one day event and fancied a big ride early in the year. Martin was straight in, and a surprise contender, Garry Ward, decided he wanted to join in on the pain.

8 Months / 1 Day

[Build Up] - Oct 2009 to May 2010

Thinking about riding, but then watching tele or playing Crysis typified the training done for the C2C.

[Day One] - Thursday 27th May 2010 22:00 to Friday 28th May 2010 19:00

Whitehaven to Sunderland, 136 miles in mediocre weather and pitch darkness through the Lake District, over the Pennines, and down Weardale into Tyne and Wear.
